Thought I would get a page together with sites I like to visit and resources I use.  Also though this would be a great place to list up things I try on my Virgin London Marathon journey.  I'll describe it as a continual "work in progress" :-)

Current trainers for running:
After I ran the London marathon in 2013 April my gait changed through the process and I developed plantar fasciitis; the result was I had to change from neutral trainers to mild stability trainers for over pornators.

WHAT I USE FOR EXERCISE:

I bought my kettle bells from London Kettlebells online HERE.  And (please don't try this at home) trained myself using 2 DVD's

I've started trailing out long run fuelling and at the moment seem to be liking SHOT BLOK for run fuelling and NUUN for electrolytes.  So far so good and there should be a post floating around at some point about my preferred flavours :-)
