It requires puff pastry, Nutella & I used some flour for rolling and some olive oil spray in the pan for baking.
My 1st attempt was a little sketchy!!
My 2nd attempt was WAY better.
Next time I will try roll the puff pastry a little thinner to get a bigger circle for a more "rolled" croissant …. suffice to say they were a HUGE hit Saturday morning - these may become a Christmas tradition who knows :-)
