I think my lack of blogging motivation is directly linked to my problem with my left foot plantar fasciitis … it's not going away *insert sad face.* Now whilst it's not getting worse it's not getting better either. I can only run about 3 miles every second day so long as I ice it and roll it and massage it and stretch it for hours afterwards. Fortunately I actually have the time to do this otherwise I'd be buggered! Instead I snack a lot and try keep myself moving and active with spin classes, the rower and I have also started using my kettlebells again - MAN those work the body BIG TIME.
|YIP …. yesterday it took LESS than 17 minutes to reduce me to a blob of sweat!|

So with me snacking a whole lot more than usual … and thats a lot in case you were wondering I was very interested to read the following information that popped into my inbox earlier this week:

…. me today it was banana & almond nut butter (with a side of the kids popcorn)
…. tomorrow it may be popchips!*
