Testing the waters

OK so today I have done 3.1 miles on the treadmill to test out the foot.

  • I did my warm up like I should
  • Foot felt fine running
  • Foot feels ok now
  • Still going to ice/heat dunk blast it for a few minutes after dinner

To action the getting stronger part of my life I followed the run up with a small yet swift sweat busting garage gym secession:
who knew alternating flutter kicks and planks (on the knees nog-al) would be such a killer!

Total time that little secession took me
... Yes I'm walking funny!
