- Foot felt fine running
- Foot feels ok now
- Still going to ice/heat dunk blast it for a few minutes after dinner
To action the getting stronger part of my life I followed the run up with a small yet swift sweat busting garage gym secession:
who knew alternating flutter kicks and planks (on the knees nog-al) would be such a killer!
Total time that little secession took me
