OK, I'm cleaning up my act ... I am
"Going Sober for October"
It has to be done!
It's not going to be easy,
I'm going to be cranky,
I'm going to be INSANELY moody
will may even cry a lot!
Will it be worth it?
OH YOU BETCHA!
Please note that by "sober" I mean cutting out my addiction to sugars and all other refined carbs, thankfully I do not care for alcohol but would stomp over my kids to get to a chocolate at the moment.
ps: a note to myself more than anything:
I need to treat this as a serious addiction, the same way an alcoholic or drug addict approaches their sobriety so no slip ups this time, no "oopsies"!
