With this blog I hope to share my experiences in health, nutrition, fitness, motherhood, marathoning and everything in-between.
Oh my word that blog made me cry. She is so brave and also so frank.
Wow.. It's so easy to get caught up in our own problems, I've been so self absorbed lately feeling like my world is ending and it really isn't I have so much left and I've never had to deal with anything anywhere near as difficult as that. Thanks for pointing the blog out.. just what I needed today
Thank you for sharing this link Lara! It made me put things in perspective.
Hello! I did not know if I could publish the full recipe, so I thought I would comment it instead. Preheat oven to 180C. Beat together 1/2 cup marg, 3/4 cup sugar until fluffy. Stir in 1/2 cup tahini, 3tbs milk and zest of 2 limes. Add vanilla extract. Then add 1 1/4 cups flour (I used wholegrain spelt, but any will do), 1tbs ground flax and 1/2 tsp baking powder. Roll dough into balls and squash down flat onto baking trays. They will spread. (Optional, sprinkle with sesame seeds). Bake for 10-12 mins until lightly browned, then transfer to wire cooling rack. But I reckon you could adapt any pb cookie recipe by swapping the tahini for the pb, and adding the lime zest.:)Maria
Thank you for your comments, I read & digest them all :-)
